In this newly interpreted tragic love story, country musician Jack Mayne (Bradley Cooper) discovers the waitress Ellie (Lady Gaga) who is struggling to get ahead. When she is about to give up her dream of becoming a singer, Jack persuades her to enter show business and fall in love with her in the process of working together. Soon Ellie's career took off, but Jack could not overcome his long-standing demons and the relationship between the two began to fall apart. This film is the first time in his life that Bradley Cooper has written, directed, acted and acted as a producer, challenging a film that has never been tried for live singing and music creation.
